Service Description

When a doula visits you, our main focus is to meet your needs in the moment. You can choose to spend the entire session debriefing or half of the time spent on breastfeeding support and the other half you can go take a shower or do a self-care activity while your newborn is being taken care of. If however, that day you need an extra hand cooking a meal or tidy the house, I'm there for you! You can decide what do you prefer at the beginning of each visit. If you are not a first time mom and you do not require any breastfeeding support, the visit can be about giving mom a break, cooking a meal or having a friend that understands what you are going through.
