We support parents and babies (0-2) through their postpartum journey. A postpartum doula is focused on helping make transitions a bit easier for the whole family. Bringing a new baby home can be quite a transition and having a doula can make the whole experience feel smoother. We provide several services to the family such as postpartum nutrition, baby care, baby feeding support (breastfeeding/formula), sleep support, postpartum parent support, self-care support, help/babysitting with the older siblings, routines, and schedules.

We also provide lots of support with light housekeeping and the preparation of nutritious meals for the whole family, grocery runs and laundry. We want to see you focus on your baby and on your healing and recovery. We got you covered!

Postpartum visits: $35/h (minimum 2h) + Travel fee if outside Red Deer, AB
