Postpartum Doula Services

Gentle, practical care for your whole family

The postpartum season is tender, emotional, and life-changing. While welcoming a new baby is beautiful, the adjustment can feel overwhelming. That’s where we come in.

As postpartum doulas, we support parents and babies from the newborn stage through the early toddler years (0–2). Our goal is to make your transition into this new chapter feel smoother, calmer, and more supported — so you can focus on bonding, healing, and resting.

You were never meant to do this alone.

Breastfeeding & Feeding Support

Doula Sally has completed training in the Thompson Breastfeeding Method along with additional lactation and infant feeding education through Doula School International.

Together, Doula Sally and Doula Lynzee support mothers in the early establishment of breastfeeding, including helping babies latch and guiding families toward a comfortable, effective latch.

They provide gentle, practical support for both breastfeeding and formula-feeding families, helping you feel more confident and supported during feeding times.

Our doulas also works closely with local International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and will refer families when more complex feeding challenges arise that require specialized clinical lactation care. Your family will always be guided toward the level of support that best meets your needs.
