I'm Sally and I'm 28 years old. I'm Canadian, born and raised in Portugal, and moved to Toronto, Canada when I was 17 years old. I have an enormous passion for the institution of the family.

 

I have a degree in Health Studies from York University, Toronto and I'm a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula by Doula Training Canada.

When my first daughter was 6 months old, I opened my own childcare business offering childcare and sleep consultation. After I had my second daughter, I felt that I was being called to bless women through the different stages of childbearing. I wanted to support women from the moment they feel ready to conceive to the moment they have toddlers going crazy around their homes. I want to be there through and through.  I knew I had to become a Doula. 

 

I currently live in Red Deer Alberta with my Canadian-Kenyan husband and my two daughters. A fun fact about us, we speak 3 languages in our home: English, Portuguese, and Swahili.
