Service Description

A Postpartum Doula Meet & Greet is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed for us to get to know each other and explore how I can best support your family after baby arrives. During this meeting, we’ll talk about your postpartum hopes, concerns, and priorities—whether that’s emotional support, newborn care, feeding support, practical household help, or simply having a calm, experienced presence during those early weeks. I’ll walk you through what postpartum doula care looks like, the types of support I offer, and how we can tailor services to meet your family’s unique needs. This is also your opportunity to ask questions, share your story, and see if we’re a good fit. Postpartum support is deeply personal, and feeling safe, heard, and supported is essential. The Meet & Greet is typically 30–45 minutes and will take place virtually. There’s no obligation—just a gentle space to connect, learn, and plan for a well-supported postpartum season.
