1. When should I book the Nesting Package?
You can book during pregnancy or anytime during postpartum. We highly recommend to book in your third trimester to have everything ready before baby arrives.
2. Can I buy this package before baby and after baby?
Absolutely! Reach out to us after baby arrives and when extra support is most needed.
3. Can my family buy a Nesting Package gift card?
Yes gift cards are available and can be purchased on the website.
4. Do I need to be home during the Nesting Day?
You are welcome to be home or make arrangements for us to access your space. We are happy to work quietly around your schedule, especially if you or baby are resting.
5. How long is the Nesting Day?
The cleaning and cooking will take between 3-5h, depending on your home size and need. We'll confirm the time required after reviewing your form.
6. Do you clean with your own supplies?
Yes! We bring all the supplies needed. Our cleaning products are scent-free.
7. Do you send the ingredients list for the meals that will be cooked?
Yes, we send the list of ingredients ahead of time to make sure you have everything we need to cook all 4 meals.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Nesting Package includes one-time deep cleaning and homemade freezer meals. Adjustments may be made based on family size. Extra hours will be charged.
2. Pricing will be personalized based on location, house size, and family needs. A formal quote will be provided before any services are scheduled.
3. Freezer meals are prepared with common household ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
4. Deep cleaning is limited to general surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, and common living areas. It does not include heavy-duty or hazardous cleaning.
5. Services will be offered in Red Deer, Blackfalds, and Lacombe areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside these locations.
6. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. A service agreement will be required at the time of booking.
