Postpartum Support Group

The postpartum period can be the most challenging time of motherhood. There is so much going on and so little support. It's hard to find someone that can truly understand you without judgment. Doula Sally will be every Thursday from 1 pm to 2 pm ready to listen, ready to give practical advice, and ready to answer questions about newborn and mom care. She will also provide recommendations of local health professionals that can help you overcome some specific issues.
