Gentle Hand Doula & Family Services was founded by Doula Sally, a mother and a birth worker who saw firsthand how much support families truly need — not only during birth, but in the everyday rhythms of family life.

What began as a passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum has beautifully grown into a comprehensive family support service serving Central Alberta. Today, our team provides doula care, home cleaning, laundry, and meal prep, giving families the gentle help they need to thrive.
